This month’s special recommendation is Dutch girlled eel kabayaki.
In Japan, it is a tradition to eat eel during the hot summer season, making it the perfect dish for the warm Dutch summer as well.
We carefully select fresh eel directly and grill it with our special homemade sauce to create authentic kabayaki. We also offer our special Unaju eel rice box, freshly prepared just for you by reservation only until the day before.
